A commemorative ring distributed by King Gustavus III of Sweden in 1772 to royal sympathizers to commemorate the overthrow of the Russophile government. It has a diamond-encircled bezel which issurmounted by a crown, and on which is the diamond-set royal monogram 'G' above which is the enamelled date '21 Aug. 1772'.
